Blossom Knitting was set up in 2007, 2019 we moved into this new facility, with more than 500 workers and 12 automatic production lines. The new Factory has an area of 1.5 acres, with about 500 workers. The front 4-story building has offices, meeting rooms, sample room, design shop and resting area. The back has two stories with warehouse and cutting area on the first floor and 12 productions are all in the second floor.
Today the Factory are fully automated: From relaxing the incoming fabrics, spreading the fabrics, cutting the fabrics to designed pieces, and sewing into a whole garment are all done automatically. There are 12 fully Automatic Production lines for sewing. Each production line is equipped with skilled workers and its own quality control team. We produce about 500, 000 to 600, 000 garments every month. We do hundred percent QC for finished garments. All finished garments are being ironed and packed according to customer′s requirement, including hanger packing and boxing.
There are 25 dedicated staff who only make samples. This means a quick delivery, accurate representation of the finished goods and above all the same care and quality that you would expect in your finished order. We use the latest CNC technology to make templates.
We are not only making Knit Wares now but we have expanded into Woven and Mixed Texture clothing.
Style wise we are also expanding from T-Shirts and Hoodies to Fashion Dresses, Coats, Yoga Pants, Travel Jackets and Sport Ware.
